    we are so excited to offer our newest destination for all things gifting for biglittlemoments in life over at biglittlegifting.com where you'll find our beautiful gift boxes & famous slogan boxes now living there after having a bit of a glow up.

  • what happens if I want to send a gift from biglittlethings?
    good news is all our best selling products for gifting are now also available at biglittlegifting.com including curated for you gift options to choose from including gifts for pregnancy, birth, postpartum & the first year of baby.

    However if you don't want a beautiful gift box, gift card & all the trimmings - you can still send products from biglittlethings to your lucky intended receiver. All our orders from biglittlethings will be packaged in our new shipping boxes that we use across both biglittlethings & biglittlegifting they are our way of keeping the unboxing experience beautiful & exciting whilst also being sustainable. You'll still receive your products wrapped in our colourful shapes tissue paper & lovingly picked & packed for you. 

    You can add a gift note to your order once you've chosen a gift card we will add this to your order for you. 
    All our larger items that don't fit in our shipping boxes will be sent either in their own boxes/packaging or satchels.

    Please also note all SALE items will be packaged in satchels.

  • the product I ordered is too big/too small how do I exchange it?
    these things happen!
    with all exchanges for incorrect sizes you will need to email hello@biglittlethings.store
    we will give you instructions for what to do from there.
  • I was sent the wrong item/size to what I ordered, what do I do?
    we hate when this happens! email hello@biglittlethings.store & we will let you know what we will do to rectify this.
    as it was our error we will send you a return postage paid satchel for you to pop the wrong item in & once we receive this we will send you the correct one where possible. if for any reason we cannot fullfill the right item due to selling out or no longer stocking the item we will issue you a refund.

  • what does it mean when an item says "coming soon"?
    this means that the product has either sold out & we are restocking it as soon as we can, it is a new product that will be coming soon to our store! either way it's exciting! for all new products or updates on restocks follow us on instagram @bbiglittlethings.

  • I would love to have our brand be apart of biglittlethings how do I get in contact?
    we are very careful & conscious of the brands we have in our collection, if you feel your brand is aligned with our ethos & our story then please get in contact by emailing hello@biglittlethings.store.

  • I would love to collaborate with biglittlethings what do I need to do?
    just like our brands the people we collaborate with are the faces to our brand & customer - we take on only a small group of collaborations at a time. either contact us via instagram or through our contact us section on our website.

  • why do you do pre orders? how long do pre orders take to arrive?
    our most coveted items sell out very quickly we do pre orders so you can secure the piece you are wanting as well as assisting us with our ordering due to the pre ordered items coming from France or the USA. This is also the reason why preorders may take longer to arrive. 
    for example the Levo Rocker is handmade in Paris - the demand for this item in Europe & worldwide is huge so the turnaround time for these is slower than most then it is shipped to Australia before being directly sent to us to pack & send to you! but believe us when we say our preordered products are worth the wait.

    we also send out a courtesy email to all pre order customers letting you know when the shipment has arrived & there is a 48 hour turnaround time from us receiving the goods, packing them & shipping them straight to you.

  • how eco friendly are you? 
    so glad you asked! we are always striving to do better, we recently decided to support Green Fleet & offset our carbon emissions that come from receiving our products, shipping our orders or anything we do running an ecommerce business. you can also find out more about our sustainability by clicking here.
